Former Metro Station rocker Trace Cyrus, aka Miley's 22-year-old brother, has proposed to his girlfriend, Brenda Song.

"I am very excited to say, last week I asked my girlfriend Brenda Song to marry me and she said YES!" Trace Tweeted on Friday. "We are both very excited to be engaged!"
Miley also shared her excitement over "The Social Network" actress joining the family.

"Can't wait for Brenda to be a Cyrus :)," Miley Tweeted on Friday. "Couldn't be more excited about my 'sister in law to be' yay :)"
Trace and Brenda first stepped out together at Nylon's Young Hollywood Party in May 2010.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, in August, Celebuzz reported the now-engaged couple was expecting a child.

Reps for Brenda and Trace were not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access Hollywood at the time and the duo has yet to respond to the pregnancy rumors.
